Oh My Ina!

So a dear friend gave me Ina Garten's Foolproof cookbook.  I have another of Ina's but I wasn't motivated by any of the recipes in it.

Well my precious children always order some kind of vodka sauced pasta when we go out to dinner. So I decided to try my friend, Ina's.  OH HELLO.  Yup I am a paleo gal but I snuck about 10 pasta pieces and it was heaven!  Pure heaven--in fact, I can still taste it!

My incredibly picky father in law said that if I made it for him he would eat it every other night when my mother in law was gone!  He almost licked the plate.  The precious children also loved it!
